Real estate guidance across Greater Montreal
Buying, selling, investing and moving to a new city each raise different questions. I am Ehsan Raissianzadeh, and I focus on Montreal and the West Island. My background in architecture means I look closely at how a property is built and how it can be used. Choose the service below that fits your situation.

Buy

Buy
Buying a property means weighing budget, location, building type and timing. I help you set clear priorities, compare options, and understand what each property involves before you make an offer. This applies to a first purchase, a move to a larger home, or a move to a smaller one.
We start with how you want to live, then look at properties.
02
Sell
02.
Sell
Selling starts with a clear understanding of your property and your timeline. I help you understand its value, plan how to present it, and prepare the information buyers will ask for. If you are also buying, we can plan both moves together.
Preparation comes before the listing.

Invest

Invest
Investing starts with a clear goal: steady income, long-term growth, or both. I help you compare property types, such as multi-unit buildings, rental condos and properties that need work, and understand what each would involve.
My architecture and renovation background helps me assess a building’s condition and potential. I do not give tax, legal or financial advice; for those questions we would involve your accountant, notary or lawyer.
Own a property and thinking of renting it out? I can help you weigh that decision first: your goals, how to prepare the unit, and the questions to settle before you look for a tenant. Moving away and keeping your property? Start with relocating.

Arriving from another city, or moving within Montreal? Which area suits your daily life, how far is work, and where are the schools and transit? I help you compare neighbourhoods and plan the move in stages. Moving to Montreal?
Renovation advisory
Buying or selling a property that needs work
Assess the property and the work before you commit.
Some buyers want a property they can improve. Some owners want to improve before selling. I help you think through the decision before you commit: what to look for, which questions to ask, and how to sequence the work.
I have a B.Arch and a background in BIM and construction, and I have renovated and resold properties myself. I am not a contractor. I coordinate with independent designers, contractors and other professionals, so you can get your own quotes and advice.
- Buy and renovate: assess a property’s potential and risks before you make an offer.
- Renovate to sell: decide which improvements are worth considering before you list.
- Coordination: I connect you with independent professionals. You choose who to hire.
